In which form is the journal stored in the xml file? Concerning the URLs, I saw a related url tag in the data. Should this be imported into the url field?
By the way, the bib file JabRef uses to store the data is a simple text file. Thus global “search & replace” tasks are usually done more easily with a text editor.
The journal name is stored as periodical/full-title (Endnote) and secondary-title (Bookends),
The URL (e.g Medline-Link) is within urls/related-urls/url
whereas the FILE is urls/related-urls/pdf-urls/url
There is also a notes field in the export file, which is “note” in JabRef.
