I’m editing the APAish.layout and converting it to be compatible with French. Everything is fine except the treatment of the special characters (é, ç, è, etc). How can I change the character encoding scheme? Secondly, how can I replace the “&” signs in the author list by “et” to be compatible, once again, with french? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
