# Export Highlights/Annotations in Jabref 4

Hi, i am new here.

First off great job on Jabref !!!

I like the new feature that manages PDF annotations,

Maybe one feature that i would enjoy, is to be able to export the the higlights/annotations to a separate file (something like what zotero+zotfile does).
