Entry Editor - Change Order of Tabs

I do not want to change the fields within each tab of the Entry Editor. However, I would like to change the ordering of the tabs. Currently, the ordering is Required Fields, Optional fields, Optional fields 2, etc. How can I make the ordering: Required Fields, General, etc.?
