Add recommended entry types for new entries

Moved here from #2969

When adding a new entry, the dialog offers some entry types as recommended. Currently this list is hardcoded. I suggest to add a function in the options to edit this list and to add other entry types.

For example, I use a lot the @WWW entry type and could be nice to have it in the recommended list Also being able to remove @Misc that I don’t use could be nice.

Alternatively/additionally, JabRef could simply provide the suggested new entries based on the kind of most used entry types, or mostly added entry types.
