Hi, Just installed Jabref on a new laptop and I can’t see the section “file annotations”
Have you linked a pdf file to your entry?
If yes, try to add some annotation in the pdf file via some kind of external tool. E.g. Foxit Reader or Okular. As far as I am aware, JabRef currently does not support to add annotations from within JabRef. You could use the “comments” field to add some comments to your entry, but these comments will not show in the attached pdf file.
Yes I did, does it matter with what pdf program I use to annotate - will it work with Adobe?
I don’t use Adobe a lot, so I don’t know for sure, but I assume it should work with adobe as well
