How Can I use a format to cite legislation diplomas?

I would like to have a format to add legal diplomas on library, how can I do that?

Hi,

JabRef supports biblatex-apa which has entry types for this, e.g. LEGAL.
Your library needs to be in biblatex mode to use that.

I think a current drawback is that you would need to adjust the preview styles.
