Jabref on debian apt repo

Hi,

Debian still distributes a very old version (3.8.2) on apt. Any chance that v6 will be distributed on apt in the future?

Hi,

Currently, we do not have the capacity to do this as this depends on many external libraries. You can see this issue for more details.

However, as an alternative, we distribute JabRef both as snap or flatpak image or you simply install the deb files.
