JabRef's discourse includes creating a poll when creating a new "Features" topic, however, new users are not allowed to create polls

Below is a little bit obscured default template for the creation of a new topic on https://discourse.jabref.org/ . It is, however, impossible to create a topic according to this template, since poll creation is restricted for new users (and maybe for someone else too).

I tried it and successfully created a poll

Very good. Please continue helping to debug this until the particular configuration when creating pools fails is found.
