Mac: Menu bar not showing when starting via shortcut

Hello everyone,

I installed the latests non-beta release on MacOS High Sierra and have a strange problem. When starting the application via the shortcut, no menu bar is present ( https://i.imgur.com/E1t1MyB.jpg ), however when launching the jar file directly, it works ( https://i.imgur.com/B85BKqR.jpg ). Does anyone have a solution to that?
