This worked just fine the last time I used it in March to create my .bib file from plain text.
Sorry Ravi, very rarely, this happens. Should be up and running now, right?
If I may make a suggestion: At least in JabRef, parsing from plain text is the most unreliable method of finding bibliographic metadata. I would make it a habit to manually correct and add missing information. If you can and your workflow permits it, use “Importing by DOI”, which is more reliable, or use the JabRef browser extension, which is also great.
