I’d like to convert a .bib file to .html loading my “manage custom exports” .layout files using the terminal.
I’ve tried to follow the relevant page here but it doesn’t work for me!
Is possible to load external files in order to configure my last .html output?

You could try to load your .layout file in the Graphic User Interface. See: http://help.jabref.org/en/CustomExports
