add a JabRef setting that remembers the AI Summary Markdown checkbox state so Markdown view can stay enabled by default instead of resetting each time

The problem is that JabRef does not remember my preferred AI Summary display mode when I move between papers. I prefer viewing summaries as Markdown, but I have to manually re-enable the Markdown option each time I switch to a different paper. This becomes repetitive and interrupts the workflow, especially when reviewing many references in a row. The feature should make JabRef remember that preference so Markdown stays enabled across papers and sessions unless I choose to change it.
