Automatically switch to the external program when citations are pushed

Hi,

AFAIR, JabRef used to automatically switch to the external program when citations were pushed. But it seems to not be the case any more, at least with JabRef 5.2.

Am I missing something?

I have to mention that it is on Linux that I experienced this new trouble (on this OS, it used to work nicely), since I could later see that my students who are using Windows 10 don’t experienced it.
