ctrl-F behaviour

When searching in JabRef, it would be nice if the ‘ctrl-F’ keystroke automatically caused the text in the search box to be selected/highlighted and focussed. That way, one could immediately start typing a new query, instead of having to delete the previous query text as currently.

Please vote if you support this proposal:

  • I would like to have this feature, too!
  • I don’t care.

Christian Bartsch just implemented the desired behavior so that it should work as expected in the next version. Until the release you could use the development version from http://builds.jabref.org/master/.
