How to load a library on startup

I am new to JabRef and trying to set it up (on WIndows now). How can I specify that JabRef should load a particular bibtex library on startup?

thanks for using JabRef and a warm welcome!

by default, JabRef will open the last edited libraries on startup. There is an option in the General preferences to enable/disable this.
Alternatively, you could create a simple batch script with the command line arguments to always open a specific library.
