Can I use surrogate pattern in the key generator?
e.g.
Use the “WWW”-pattern for “Online”
Online: [surrogate:WWW]

currently this is not possible. You would have to define the same pattern for WWW and Online.

Please note that Camel casing actually does not work (there is already an issue)
