I am new to reference managers. Jabref is my first one.
So, I usually keep the internet off to avoid distraction.
I only allow myself to use only for 1hr each day.
But, with no PDF version of the help. I have to repeatedly violate the rule.

What you can do is to print out the webpage with your browser. If you use Firefox for example, the command can be found under File > Print (CTRL+P)
. You also can “save” the whole webpage in html or htm format via CTRL+S
.
In the top right corner at https://docs.jabref.org/ you can select Export as PDF and have an interactive manual.
