I was surfing the web searching for a way to export selected entries from jabref. It seems that this feature existed once in jabref as shown here.
Is this feature still available in some simple way? I saw there is an export by filters (that sounds nice), but I would really prefer to have a simple select and “save selected as” like in the old times.
To extract a subset of your library, you have the choice between the menus File -> Export -> Export selected entries and File -> Export -> Save selected as plain BibTeX...
So, not much change for the last 8 years.
