JabFox imported entries ignore "general file directory"

I use JabFox to import entries (e.g. websites). JabFox use Zotero for that and snapshots of the website are stored in mozillas profile folder belonging to Zotero. JabFox use that file path.

It would be great if there is a way that JabFox or JabRef can move that snapshot file to the correct “file directory” that was setup in JabRef-Preferences or the database-preferences.

Hi,

I am not sure, if I fully understand your problem, but the file moving + renaming was improved:

We think, that is already fixed in our development version and consequently the change will be included in the next release.
We would like to ask you to use a development build from https://builds.jabref.org/master and report back if it works for you.

Hi, I have some trouble using jabfox(verison 4.3.1) and firfox (57.0 & 61.0) in Win10, after install the jabfox, there is no jabfox symbol in the firfox bar.
Can you help me?

Hi,

you probably have to go to the “adjust” (Anpassen in German firefox) and see if you can find the symbol there)
For me it appeared in the url bar
