Moving in the groups hierarchy

In 3.xx Jabref you could move a term in the group hierarchy (left, right, up, down). This feature is still missing in the latest snapshot of 4.0.0. Is there any hope that it will be reestablished? We have seen that the groups feature had a major restructuring. The Issue #2599(https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues/2599) who dealt with this problem had already been closed. I can live with the current situation and have already proposed this feature here back. What is the expectation on this matter?

What is the use case of such commands? Note that you can already restructure the tree using drag & drop and that this way is more flexible than up/down commands.
