Starting a new thread via e-mail, not web forum

In the preferences section I selected communicating via e-mail rather than logging on to the forum. This works well when I’m the recipient of a message and want to respond to it. However, I cannof find the proper address for submitting a new message. Please provide this information as I have a question I’d like to ask of the group and devs.

The mail adress to start a topic in the help category is help@discourse-mailer.jabref.org - starting a new topic will only work if you send the mail from your registered mail address.
