I just installed release 5.0. In previous releases, when I selected an entry in a group, that entry remained selected when I switched groups making it easy to CTRL select other entries from other groups to create one citation. In this release, the selections are cleared when I select a new group. I can’t find a setting or technique to keep the entries selected. Please tell me what I am missing.
As far as I can tell, this is not possible at the moment with the current JabRef version, since the floating mode was removed (due to a Java issue):
If you think the problem description mentioned in the GitHub issue applies to your case, maybe leave a comment there. This way the JabRef developers will see, that this is a feature that many people rely on.
